Lumi Mats – Refund & Return Policy

1. Return / Replacement Window
You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return (for refund) or a replacement. After 7 days, we cannot accept returns or offer replacements.


2. Conditions for Return / Replacement
To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • All tags and accessories should be included.

  • Photos of the issue must be provided within the 7-day window.

  • If confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or refund.


3. Return / Replacement Process

  1. Email us at [support@lumimats.com] with your order number, description, and photos.

  2. Once verified, we’ll share the return address.

  3. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund or ship your replacement.


4. Refund Method & Timing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • No extra processing fees will be charged by Lumi Mats.


5. Replacement Timing

  • Approved replacements are dispatched as quickly as possible.

  • No additional shipping costs will apply if replacement is due to damage, defect, or wrong item.


6. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return/refund.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

  • Used or damaged products (beyond what was reported) may not qualify for refund or replacement.


7. Order Cancellation Before Shipping
If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will issue a full refund.
