Lumi Mats – Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping Options
We currently offer three shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping
    Delivery time: 5–7 business days. This is our regular shipping option.

  • Skip the Line Shipping
    Delivery time: 3–5 business days, but your order is given priority handling so it ships out faster than standard and insured options. Ideal if you want your order processed before others.

3. Shipping Timeframes
All shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. While most orders arrive within the estimated 3–10 day window, some delays may occur due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been processed.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Standard shipping does not include coverage for lost or damaged packages.

  • Insured shipping covers replacement or refund in the rare case your package is lost or arrives damaged.


7. International Shipping
At this time, Lumi Mats ships only within [your region/country]. If we expand to international shipping, we will update this policy.
